Suzie Balmer has been part of my growth team for around 6 years.
If I really want to explore a blockage, a resistance or uncover
an unhelpful pattern in my life Suzie has been my coach of choice.
She has been incredibly insightful, honest and yet gentle and at
no time has she tried to rescue or invalidate my learning by
giving advice. Suzie is a wise and warm woman who I value
enormously and who I will continue to seek when ever I walk
though the dark nights of the soul on this life journey.

Suz has a constant and grounding ability to keep things real, to be honest where honesty is needed even if it is not the most comfortable thing to look at. In my experience I have been able to confront many uncomfortable aspects and truths of myself with Suzi's presence and face them in a mature, realistic and adult centred approach. Suzi is not the guru, or the healer, for me she has simply been a gentle, firm and encouraging guiding force which has helped me step into my own light as an individual.
